Erasmus+ is the EU's programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. It has an estimated budget of €26.2 billion. This is nearly double the funding compared to its predecessor programme (2014-2020).
The 2021-2027 programme places a strong focus on social inclusion, the green and digital transitions, and promoting young people’s participation in democratic life.

The UVAMOBPLUS2 project is coordinated by the University of Valladolid, within the framework of the European Programme Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (KA171) “International Credit Mobility”. This action is part of the International Dimension of the Erasmus+ Programme, managed by SEPIE in Spain.
It is a project of mobility of undergraduate, master and doctorate mobility, in addition to academic and administrative staff, between the University of Valladolid and the Partner universities from the 31 targeted countries outside the European Union. For the period 2022-2025 the project will implement at least 338 mobility exchanges in the different categories, both for incoming and outgoing.
Our project Erasmus+ 2022-1-ES01-KA171-HED-000072505 for the period project 2022-2025 has been awarded with the 2nd biggest budget among the Spanish Higher Education Institutions, with 1.3 million EUR.
The management of the project will be carried out through the online platform UVAMOBPLUS2 (uvamobplus2.uva.es), developed by the University of Valladolid and awarded with a best practice by the Spanish Erasmus+ National Agency in 2018.
This project will have different Call for Applications for each type of mobility exchange during the lifetime of the project. (*) IMPORTANT: Travel distances must be calculated using the distance calculator supported by the European Commission (http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/tools/distance_en.htm). The distance of a one-way travel must be used to calculate the amount of the EU grant that will support the round trip. The travel distance will be calculated taking into account the linear distance between the city where the university of origin (or place of origin if different due to justified reasons) and the city where the host university are located.
